Today, Al-Ikhlas Trust had the honour of welcoming a new member of the Muslim family, as Sister Amber took shahadah at Al-Ikhlas Centre in the presence of some 20 supporting sisters.

After a brief introduction, Sheikh Rafat Najm gave a very informative talk that drew an analogy between embracing Islam and the experience of Hijra (migration) of the Prophet Mohammed and the companions to a new era of life under the deen (religion) of Islam.

We wish sister Amber all the very best for the time to come and may Allah reward her for her choice in taking this important step in her life.
